This \"terroir blessed by the gods\", as the <b>Patrick Galliano<\/b>The cool nights and temperature differences ensure that the grapes ripen slowly, preserving their freshness. This approach produces a wine that is both silky and complex.<\/p><p>The aesthetics of wine are as bold as its taste. Its <b>black bottle<\/b> has been chosen to surprise and set itself apart. \"Everything about its definition, its aromatic signature and its style shows that it's different,\" insists the winemaker. <b>Marc Monrose<\/b>. A far cry from summer ros\u00e9s, Clos de Capelune is a wine of character, designed to \"hold its own with food and wine\" and to be a seasonal wine.<\/p><p>With only <b>6,500 bottles and 1,500 magnums<\/b> produced each year, Clos de Capelune is a rare cuv\u00e9e. This exclusivity, combined with its singular style, has propelled Ch\u00e2teau Saint-Maur onto the most prestigious tables around the world, from the George V in Paris to Michelin-starred restaurants in Tokyo.
