At dawn, the Clos Saint-Vincent plot captures a golden light that is softened by the sea breezes. It is here, in this confidential garden in Saint-Tropez, that the first berries that give life to the 2025 ros\u00e9 are born.<\/p>

Sandy soil, natural drainage, maritime influence... The elements of the terroir forge a chiselled, elegant wine, with the freshness and energy of the Proven\u00e7al coastline.<\/p>

A rare and precious organic ros\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>

Clos Saint-Vincent AOP C\u00f4tes de Provence Cru Class\u00e9 2025 is produced in very limited quantities of just 600 magnums, following a meticulous vinification process that respects the environment.\u00a0<\/p>

This rarity helps to make this ros\u00e9 one of the most eagerly awaited cuv\u00e9es of the <\/span>Ch\u00e2teau Saint-Maur Cru Class\u00e9<\/strong>This is a particularly sought-after wine for lovers of top-of-the-range ros\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>

A delicate blend, the signature of our Cru Class\u00e9 terroir<\/strong><\/h2>

The Syrah<\/strong>the Mourv\u00e8dre<\/strong> and the Tibouren<\/strong>These grape varieties, emblematic of Provence, come together here in a subtle balance.
The result is a delicate, saline, luminous parcel ros\u00e9 that brings out all the finesse of the terroir. Saint-Tropez<\/strong>.<\/p>
