rom 2 to 4 May 2026, the Ch\u00e2teau Saint-Maur Cru Class\u00e9<\/span><\/span> will be present at the Place des Lices<\/span><\/span> on the occasion of the 6\u1d49 edition of the \"Chefs \u00e0 Saint-Tropez f\u00eatent les Producteurs\".<\/p>\n

As a partner since the first year, the estate is committed to the long-term future of this event, which brings together chefs, producers and players in the Gulf region to focus on the product and the region.<\/p>\n

Sponsored by Mauro Colagreco<\/b><\/span><\/span>The 2026 edition is a celebration of committed gastronomy, with a direct link to the living world and the seasons.<\/p>\n

Throughout the event, the vintages of Ch\u00e2teau Saint-Maur Cru Class\u00e9 will be available for tastings, cooking demonstrations and social events.<\/p>\n

Programme<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Saturday 2nd May<\/strong>
Opening of the farmers' market, cookery demonstrations, ancho\u00efade battle and fish cutting, \"La Trop\u00e9zienne\" pastry competition (presided over by Christophe Michalak), p\u00e9tanque for pastry chefs.<\/p>\n

Sunday 3 May<\/strong>
Culinary demonstrations all day, round table with chefs, culinary battles, market lunch, charity lunch, \"Biodiversity and zero plastic\" conference, chefs' petanque.<\/p>\n

Monday 4 May<\/strong>
Culinary demonstrations, producers & chefs round table, product battles, including the Ch\u00e2teau Saint-Maur trophy at 11.00am: battle artichoke barigoule. <\/p>\n
