Château Saint-Maur Cru Classé launches 83, a Provençal beer, elegant, like the great wines of Provence... The 83 is assembled, brewed and aged according to the requirements of Saint-Maur. Composed of 100% of natural ingredients, it is home brewedand then fermented for three months in the oak barrels of Château Saint-Maur.
Available in the estate shop, wine shops, bars and restaurants.
Tasting
On the nose, notes of vanilla headand then white port flavours and candied banana. In the mouth, slightly exotic notes smoky and woody. Very good length. Slight and pleasant sweetness on the finish. Very refreshing.
