Every 3ᵉ weekend in October, the vineyards that have been awarded the label Vignobles & Découvertes are opening their doors wide for a unique event in France: Vignobles en Scène. C’est une invitation à explorer autrement le monde du vin, à travers des expériences inédites.
Let yourself be carried away by a sensory experience at Château Saint-Maur: free tastings, sensory awakenings, a wine bar and gourmet platters in the heart of the vineyard.
Exclusive visit: "Encountering aromas".
On this occasion, Château Saint-Maur Cru Classé invites you to discover a sensory and olfactory tour* (in French) specially designed for this event. For around 45 minutes*, our teams will take you on a journey through the secrets of our terroir and our wines.
- Take a walk outside and in the vineyards to discover the history of the estate, our terroir and the aromas of the wine.
- Visit to the press room and vat room discover the winemaking process and fermentative aromas
- Visit the barrel cellar to discover the aromatic influence of ageing
- Tasting guided tour of two emblematic Cru Classé wines from Château Saint-Maur
- Thanks to the aromatic vials The Wine NoseLet yourself be guided on a journey of the senses, punctuated by the expertise of our teams.
