Acquis en 2011 par Roger Zannier, le domaine a depuis été entièrement réinventé, dans un équilibre subtil entre héritage, vision contemporaine et exigence jusque dans les moindres détails.
Visites des chais, dégustations, ateliers et événements… chaque moment au Château Saint-Maur est une invitation à la découverte.
