The Art of Battle: Artichoke in the spotlight

One of the highlights of the weekend was the spectacular "Artichoke barigoule battle. As a historic sponsor of this culinary challenge, Château Saint-Maur had the pleasure of watching the chefs reinterpret this classic Provençal dish. To accompany the delicacy and delicate bitterness of the artichoke, our cuvées offered a daring match of terroir, hailed by the members of the jury and the public present.

Beyond the bustle of the Place des Lices, the conviviality continued with an exclusive lunch at La Petite Plage. Between courses, the chefs and partners gathered around our bottles for a moment of relaxation overlooking the sea.
