A story of place, light and demanding gestures

At dawn, the Clos Saint-Vincent plot captures a golden light that is softened by the sea breezes. It is here, in this confidential garden in Saint-Tropez, that the first berries that give life to the 2025 rosé are born.

Sandy soil, natural drainage, maritime influence... The elements of the terroir forge a chiselled, elegant wine, with the freshness and energy of the Provençal coastline.

A rare and precious organic rosé

Clos Saint-Vincent AOP Côtes de Provence Cru Classé 2025 is produced in very limited quantities of just 600 magnums, following a meticulous vinification process that respects the environment. 

This rarity helps to make this rosé one of the most eagerly awaited cuvées of the Château Saint-Maur Cru ClasséThis is a particularly sought-after wine for lovers of top-of-the-range rosés.

A delicate blend, the signature of our Cru Classé terroir

The Syrahthe Mourvèdre and the TibourenThese grape varieties, emblematic of Provence, come together here in a subtle balance.
The result is a delicate, saline, luminous parcel rosé that brings out all the finesse of the terroir. Saint-Tropez.
