Contemporary Art Exhibition

5 April to 18 August 2026the estate welcomes Racines Sensibles - Dialogue with Naturean exhibition of contemporary art devised by the Oraé Gallery. It's an experience, an invitation to slow down and take a fresh look at our surroundings.

The artists united - Côme Di Meglio, Julia A. Etedi, Juliette Rougier, Nysae, Tiffany Bouelle, Nathalie Van der Massen and Isabelle d'Assignies - each in their own way explores our link with the living world. Their works engage with matter, memory and natural cycles, blurring the boundaries between inside and outside, between body and territory.

Some pieces seem to emerge directly from the ground, imbued with warmth and minerality. Others capture the light, filter the air, or conjure up scents and textures. All have the same intention: to awaken a more instinctive, more sensory, almost forgotten perception.

At a time when everything is speeding up, Sensitive Roots offers a return to the essential. An immersion in nature that we no longer just look at, but listen to, touch and inhabit. It's a way of reconnecting with what surrounds us - and what makes us who we are.

At the Château Saint-Maur, this exhibition has a special resonance. It naturally extends the experience of the place, between contemporary art and Provençal art de vivre, in a subtle dialogue between creation, landscape and emotion.
