The domain
A noble castle steeped in history... Located in the Maures massif in Cogolin, in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-TropezChâteau Saint-Maur Cru Classé, built at the end of the 19th century, is located in the heart of a 100-hectare vineyard that extends over three parcels: Saint-Maur, Clos Saint-Vincent and Clos de Capelune.
This piecemeal approach allows us to grow several grape varieties adapted to the terroir, giving our crus, which draw their aromas from a variety of soils, an invaluable character. Our vineyards are en conversion to organic farming from 2021.

The Château Saint-Maur Cru Classé delivers through its goldsmith's collection a
magnificent interpretation of its terroir.
The wine collection Côtes de Provence Cru Classé is of great finesse, of incomparable elegance and reveals all the potential of the terroir.
Château Saint-Maur Cru Classé is one of eighteen estates in Provence to benefit from the Cru Classé mention since 1955This was even before the creation of the Côtes de Provence appellation.

Every Tuesday from 30 June to 25 August 2026, from 7pm to 11pm.
In the garden and on the terrace of the estate, enjoy the mild summer evenings in a festive atmosphere. A hedonistic interlude, to be enjoyed all summer long.

THURSDAY FRESH 2026
Every Thursday from 16 July to 20 August 2026, from 7pm to 11pm.
As the sun goes down, let yourself be carried away by our DJ's musical selection, which will revive the hits of recent decades. As for the food, our chef will be cooking up some of his best specialities for you in the brazier.

HERITAGE DAY 2026
Heritage Day - special for children.
Sunday 20 September 2026 from 10am to 7.30pm.
To mark the Heritage Days, the Château Saint-Maur cellar is opening its doors to guided tours for children and adults.
